What to expect
Supporting the programme director in all organisational and administrative tasks:
- Information and communication
- Student selection
- Programme management
- Course organisation and internal programme resource management
- Quality management at programme level
Working language is English. Applications should be submitted in English.
What you have to offer
- University degree (preferably in economics and/or social sciences)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience in university teaching and teaching organisation
- Knowledge of the Austrian higher education sector
- Very good IT skills
- Holistic-systemic and analytical thinking skills
- Practical process and project management experience, including responsibility for results
- High degree of initiative and sense of responsibility
- High degree of self-organisation
- Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution potential
- Goal and results orientation
- High degree of flexibility and assertiveness in an interface position
- Service-oriented and professional demeanour
- Experience with programme marketing and social media skills an advantage
- Experience with event management an advantage
- Experience with website development an advantage
- Ability to work in a team

The minimum monthly gross salary amounts to €2,343.75 (14 times per year). This salary may be adjusted based on job-related prior work experience. In addition, we offer a wide range of attractive social benefits.
