What to expect
What you have to offer
- You are a student (Bachelor or Master level) with a keen interest in behavioral research and the design and implementation of experiments in the social sciences. We explicitly welcome applications from students early in their studies who are curious and eager to learn.
- You have successfully completed (or are currently attending) introductory courses in statistics, econometrics, or quantitative research methods and are motivated to apply these skills in practice.
- You have attended (or are attending) classes in psychology, behavioral economics, or decision science—these are a strong plus given our interdisciplinary approach.
- You are proficient in English, both written and spoken, as much of our research and collaboration happens in an international context.
- You enjoy thinking analytically, are highly reliable, and able to work independently and carefully on assigned tasks.
- You work well in a collaborative team environment, contributing constructively and openly to shared projects.

The monthly gross salary amounts to €539,84.
