Health Economics and Policy Group

What to expect
- Teamwork: As a successful candidate you will be a member of the dynamic Health Economics and Policy Group which is part of the well-established Institute for Social Policy.
- Meaningful Research: You will work on an applied research project involving patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) and patient-reported experience measures (PREMs).
- External Collaborations: You will closely collaborate with Austrian policymakers, liaise with outpatient care providers, and collect and analyze patient data.
What you have to offer
- Master degree: You have completed a degree in socioeconomics, economics, sociology, health economics, or public health. Other Master degrees might be considered if deemed sufficiently relevant.
- Advanced skills: You have a good training in quantitative research methods. Additional training in qualitative methods is not required but welcome.
- IT Skills: You are familiar with MS Office and have experience in applied quantitative research using modern statistical software such as Stata, and R.
- Language Skills: You have native or C1 level in both German and English.
- Working Style: You are comfortable working as part of a team and carrying out tasks independently, rigorously, and in an open-minded way.
- Relevant experience: Experience working with PROMS and PREMS would be an advantage.

The minimum monthly gross salary amounts to €2,786.10 (14 times per year). This salary may be adjusted based on job-related prior work experience. In addition, we offer a wide range of attractive social benefits.
