What to expect
- Project management and reporting: You will support the ENGAGE.EU Institutional Coordinator in effectively coordinating WU’s participation in the alliance. This includes managing budgeting and reporting, as well as ensuring proper and timely documentation of WU’s activities.
- Network coordination and collaboration: You will facilitate successful collaboration and coordination of ENGAGE.EU activities among the other members of the ENGAGE.EU alliance.
- Event organization: You will plan and organize events to ensure effective coordination of the ENGAGE.EU alliance both internally at WU and among all partner institutions.
- Communication and dissemination: You will ensure that ENGAGE.EU activities are communicated effectively to relevant target groups and coordinate communication and dissemination efforts with other member institutions.
- Implementation of ENGAGE.EU activities: You will collaborate in task groups and contribute to a proper implementation of ENGAGE.EU programs and activities at WU.
What you have to offer
- International experience: You possess international experience from your previous studies or professional background, along with excellent communication skills in both English and German.
- Project management skills: You have a very structured work approach, can effectively organize a variety of information, and work precisely.
- Engagement: Your work style is characterized by teamwork, a sense of responsibility, service orientation, as well as strong communication skills.
- Self-Motivation: You work independently, take initiative, and are self-organized. You integrate collegially into the team and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
- IT Skills: You have excellent IT user skills, particularly with MS Office/M365, and are open to digital technologies.
- Previous experience: ideally, you bring knowledge and prior experience from working in a university environment and with EU projects and have successfully completed a university degree.

The minimum monthly gross salary amounts to €3.125,00 (full-time, 14 times per year). This salary may be adjusted based on job-related prior work experience. In addition, we offer a wide range of attractive social benefits.
