Institute for Marketing Management
Part-time, 15 hours/week
Starting September 14, 2026, and ending after 1 year

Please note that pursuant to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, only students who have not yet completed a master or diploma degree program can be employed.

We are looking for a student to take care of the MSc Marketing program´s social media presence for 15 hours/week, starting in September.

What to expect

  • Managing our social media accounts: You plan, create and publish content, ensure consistency, and engage with our community. 
  • Content creation: You write engaging copy in English, shoot and edit visual content, and bring our content strategy to life.
  • Performance analysis and reporting: You monitor and interpret KPIs and suggest data-driven improvements to grow our reach and engagement.
  • Community building: You respond to comments and messages, actively grow our follower base, and foster an engaged community around the WU MSc Marketing brand.

What you have to offer

  • Ongoing studies: You are a current student at WU´s MSc Marketing, or starting in fall 2026.
  • Social media know-how: You are familiar with digital and social media trends and platforms. First experience in digital or social media is a plus.
  • Communication skills: You are open-minded, enjoy interacting with people and feel comfortable approaching and engaging with students and professors.
  • IT skills: You are comfortable working with MS Office, social media platforms, and basic design/video editing tools; willingness to learn new tools quickly is a plus.
  • Working style: You are organized, proactive and work independently.
  • Language skills: You have excellent English skills and feel confident to write copy in English, German is not required.
